The legalisation of cannabis will be debated in the UK Parliament after more than 200,000 people signed a petition calling for the production, sale and use of cannabis to be made legal
The announcement that the debate will take place on the 12th of October 2015 comes not long after the initial response to the petition that was supposed to be released at 10,000 signatures was released by the government.
That response never went down too well, basically a brush off with the usual bullshit lies we’ve come to expect from the vast majority of politicians.
So what can we do now? Well you could contact your member of Parliament and make them aware that a change to the law is something that you would support. An easy way to make contact with your local MP is to use the Write to Them website.
Hopefully they do the right thing and we can all chill out and smoke some green without worrying so much.
