Police have seized 18 full-grown cannabis plants from a flat in Cheltenham after a warrant was carried out in Princess Elizabeth Way.
The raid was linked to the earlier arrest of two men in Gloucester after nearly 200 cannabis plants were found.
A 55-year-old man from Gloucester and a 35-year-old man from Cheltenham were arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
