62-year-old man arrested following Mullingar cannabis seizure

Gardai in Co Westmeath are questioning a 62-year-old man following a cannabis seizure in Mullingar yesterday evening.

The man was arrested after a quantity of cannabis was seized at a house in the Ushnagh Court area of the town.

Gardai say the drugs had a potential value of around €70,000.

The 62-year-old man is being questioned at Mullingar Garda Station.
