Son Van Hoang (51) from North Vietnam, now living at Number 3, The Larches, Lisacul, Castlerea in County Roscommon, was charged with failing to have a licence to cultivate cannabis, and failing to produce adequate documentation. He was remanded in custody to appear at Harristown district court next Friday.
